Esian Henderson spent a decade playing professional basketball across Europe — a career that taught him more about team dynamics, discipline, and high-performance execution than any business school could. When he returned to Kansas City, he brought that same competitive mindset to real estate investing.
What started as a personal portfolio quickly became something larger. Esian recognized that the biggest barrier for serious investors wasn't capital or desire — it was access. Access to off-market deals, reliable contractors, investor-friendly lenders, and the kind of on-the-ground market intelligence that only comes from nearly a decade of active operations in a single city. He built the infrastructure to solve that problem — and then opened it to partners.
Today, Summit Consulting KC operates an active acquisition pipeline across Kansas City's most compelling neighborhoods, advises a growing roster of investor partners through the 7-Figure Sprint program, and manages a private lending community that earns consistent returns secured by first-lien real estate.
